We treat pre-match betting as a set of workflows inside the valo app and web client. The workflow covers market selection, stake entry, confirmation, and outcome settlement. Markets are open before an event starts. Markets close at pre-defined cut-off times. We describe the common market types and the flow you will see in our interface.
Start by learning basic labels you will meet in match pages. A typical pre-match card shows event name, start time, available markets, and a simple stake box. Odds are shown as a single number per selection. The app groups matches by competition so you can scan Liga 1, Piala AFF, or other events quickly.
I prefer checking markets early to compare options before the start time.
How our pre-match markets are organised
We group pre-match markets into a few common categories. These categories make it easier to find what you want without scrolling through unrelated options. Each category contains a small set of market types.
- Match result and basic outcomes — winner, draw, or home/away selection.
- Score-based markets — final score ranges or exact outcomes, when offered.
- Event-specific markets — player or team stats where available.
- Composite markets — two or more linked selections in one market record.
We show start times in local time. Use the calendar view to filter by competition. For routing to city-level events and local fixtures see pages for Jakarta and Surabaya when a competition posts city fixtures. Cup draws and neutral venues are clearly labelled.
Step-by-step: making a pre-match selection
We outline a simple four-step process that appears in the app and on the web client. Each step uses clear labels and a confirm screen before a stake is recorded.
- Open the event page for the selected match.
- Pick a market and a single selection from the market column.
- Enter your stake in the stake box and check the return preview.
- Confirm on the review screen to send the instruction to our matching system.
Our review screen shows the event start time, market label, selection, and the status of the order. The order can be in pending, accepted, or void states depending on market availability. If a market is voided before the event, the stake will return to your account balance.
Account checks and withdrawals
We require account verification steps before certain withdrawal types proceed. Verification may include a photo ID and proof of payment method. We accept a range of local methods for both deposit and withdrawal, including DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment and bank transfers with online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment.
For faster processing, confirm your payment method details in account settings. Our customer support can guide you through the document upload flow during support hours. Service available only where local law permits.

Rules and resettlement notes
We use a clear event rule set for match cancellations, postponements, and abandoned matches. When an event does not reach the required minimum duration, relevant markets will be voided. Markets that have definitive outcomes at the scheduled finish are settled normally.
Do not treat pre-match selections as live instructions. Once placed, orders follow the predefined rules until settlement. For clarity on competition-specific rulings consult the competition notice on the event page, for example for fixtures in Liga 1 and cup fixtures such as Piala AFF
Common user questions
We get frequent questions about market close times, cancellation policies, and how live casino balances relate to sportsbook balances. We keep those answers short and direct in the app FAQ. If further assistance is needed, contact our support team through the in-app chat during listed hours.
Local calendar and event tips
We keep an eye on crowded fixture periods like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha and Imlek holidays when schedules sometimes shift. Check the event calendar early if you follow matches across multiple competitions. For city-based fixtures, see pages for Bandung or Medan to filter local matches quickly.
